Diamondback was making beer people loved, but its growth was capped by the same thing that limits most great breweries: visibility, not product. Foot traffic leaned heavily on word of mouth and the occasional busy weekend, which made revenue unpredictable. Their social posting was consistent but wasn't translating into taproom visits. They had plenty of followers, but not enough first-timers walking in. There was no real advertising engine bringing new locals in on a repeatable basis, and no clear read on which marketing was actually driving people through the door versus just generating likes. The result was a strong brewery that was quietly leaving revenue on the table every single week.

We started by getting clear on the one job the marketing needed to do: turn nearby locals into taproom regulars. From there, we built a Facebook and Instagram advertising strategy designed to put Diamondback in front of new customers in their local area every day.
The creatives in our ad campaigns showcased the main reasons people actually visit a taproom: a chill, laid-back atmosphere, great beer and food, and regular event schedule. We then layered in a retargeting campaign to re-engage anyone who'd interacted with the brand or visited the site, keeping Diamondback top of mind right up to the moment they decided where to grab a beer. As we gathered data, we doubled down on the angles and offers that were proven to drive walk-ins and cut the ones that weren't.
The impact showed up where it matters most: the register. Diamondback grew net taproom revenue 35% year over year, turning unpredictable foot traffic into a steady, repeatable flow of new and returning customers. Just as importantly, we could finally tie that growth back to specific campaigns, so every marketing dollar had a job and a number attached to it. What had been a great local brewery with untapped potential became one of Baltimore's go-to spots.
