Business Development Manager

Harbor Marketing Agency is a rapidly growing remote digital marketing agency that takes eCommerce startups and scales them into successful multimillion dollar brands.

We have an immediate opening for a talented Business Development Specialist to search for new clients who may be a good fit, walk them through our discovery and sales process, and close new business. Our company prides itself in delivering phenomenal results for our clients, so it’s critical that we only bring on clients who are the right people; we want to work with people who we can truly help in a massive way.

We are growing very rapidly and have a heavy focus in the subscription box and e-commerce space. By joining the Harbor Marketing team, you will work with some of the top marketers and e-commerce companies in the world.

In this unique position, you will act as the life-blood of our agency. You will work in a fast-paced environment that requires quick decisions, creative solutions, and attention to detail. You will also work directly with the Founder of Harbor Marketing Agency to discuss business strategy, improve internal systems, and enhance online presence.

‍Compensation

• Salary plus Commission.
• Realistic work from home income of $60,000 per year, but High Performers can earn $100,000+

Responsibilities (include, but are not limited to)...

• Presenting up to 6 Sales Meetings per day
• Development of agreements and closing new business
• Pipeline Management and follow up on old leads enquiries.

‍Preferred Work Experience

• Agency Sales Experience is a huge plus
• Experience in the subscription box industry is a plus.
• Facebook Ads Experience is a plus, but training will be provided.
• E-Commerce experience is a plus.
• Experience with WordPress, Squarespace, ClickFunnels, and other web building platforms is a plus.
• Experience with MailChimp, Klaviyo, ActiveCampaign, and other ESPs is a plus.

Required Education

• Bachelor’s Degree (preferably in Marketing, Communications, or other relevant fields)
