We have an immediate opening for a talented Account Manager to handle our client relationships and ensure we exceed expectations. Our company prides itself in unparalleled customer service, while generating tangible results to match. We're currently searching for a stellar Account Manager to fill a part-time role that will transition into a full-time position within the next few weeks/months.

We are growing very rapidly and have a heavy focus in the subscription box e-commerce space. By joining the Harbor Marketing team, you will work with some of the top marketers and e-commerce companies in the world.

In this unique position, you will be the main point of contact for C-Level executives in each of these companies. You will work in a fast-paced environment that requires quick decisions, creative solutions, and attention to detail. You will also work directly with the Founder of Harbor Marketing Agency to discuss business strategy, improve internal systems, and enhance online presence. You will have an extremely flexible work schedule and the ability to work remotely - we believe in hiring great people that we can trust.

Required Skills:

*An ability to prioritize tasks, communicate progress, and meet deadlines.

*A willingness to over-communicate with clients to ensure that they know exactly what is happening in their account at all times.

*A meticulous attention to detail.

*A "figure-it-out" mentality and the ability to find creative, unorthodox solutions independently or in collaboration with teams.

*Must thrive in fast-paced environments that often have short deadlines and shifting priorities.

*Ability to work on multiple accounts simultaneously.

*Strong communication skills: you will coordinate projects with external contractors.

Preferred Skills:

*Experience in the subscription box industry is a plus.

*Facebook Ads Experience is a plus, but training will be provided.

*E-Commerce experience is a plus.

*Experience with WordPress, Squarespace, ClickFunnels, and other web building platforms is a plus.

*Experience with MailChimp, Klaviyo, ActiveCampaign, and other ESPs is a plus.

Required Education:

*Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or other relevant fields.

*At least 2 years of industry experience

Job Type:

Part-time with the possibility to transition to full-time.
