We have an immediate opening for a Facebook Media Buyer to manage all client campaigns and ensure we exceed expectations. This position will start out as an internship with the opportunity to transition to a full time position once training is complete.

In this unique position, you will be solely responsible for managing hundreds of thousands to millions of dollars in ad spend each month across multiple clients. You will be responsible for staying within client budgets and meeting/exceeding Acquisition Cost and ROAS targets. You will work in a fast-paced environment that requires quick decisions, creative solutions, and attention to detail.

You will also work directly with our internal team to discuss business strategy, improve internal systems, and enhance online presence. You will have an extremely flexible work schedule and the ability to work remotely - we believe in hiring great people that we can trust.


Responsibilities include:

  • Set up and manage campaigns - including evergreen retargeting sequences and offline event tracking

  • Work alongside content & product team to develop creatives for campaigns

  • Work with UTMs and other software tools to track campaign performance beyond normal attribution windows and communicate these findings in a meaningful way back to Account Manager

  • Actively communicate with Account Manager to ensure he/she is prepared for weekly reporting calls with clients

  • Stay within target budgets, CPA and ROAS benchmarks

  • Run monthly split tests to assess viability of strategies on brand audiences

  • Optimize campaign performance based on data

  • Assist Account Manager in developing new funnel and campaign strategies

  • Undertake ongoing training and development provided by the Company to ensure skills are up to date with latest industry strategies

  • Run support & troubleshooting calls for customers and team

  • Develop and manage Facebook media buying processes within the company

  • Ensure active ads are moderated

  • Build social proof on winning creatives

  • Report on campaign performance weekly, monthly and every six months to wider team

  • Work with Business Development team to ensure we are setting accurate and realistic expectations for new clients.

  • Ensure online assets such as landing pages, sites and FB Pages are traffic-ready

  • Help to screen and assess Facebook ad contractors

  • An ability to prioritize tasks, communicate progress, and meet deadlines

  • A meticulous attention to detail.

  • Must thrive in fast-paced environments that often have short deadlines and shifting priorities.

  • Ability to work on multiple accounts simultaneously.

  • Strong communication skills: you will coordinate projects with Account Manager and Business Developers.


Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in the subscription box industry is a plus.

  • Facebook Ads Experience

  • E-Commerce experience

  • Experience with WordPress, Squarespace, ClickFunnels, and other web building platforms is a plus.

  • Experience with MailChimp, Klaviyo, ActiveCampaign, and other ESPs is a plus.


Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing preferred
