We are currently seeking a passionate and creative individual to join our agency’s production team. Harbor Marketing Agency works with a variety of clients and we are searching for an energetic, creative, and collaborative person to join us as a Facebook Ads Specialist. This position requires a go-getter attitude, attention to detail and creative thinking around content creation.
The Facebook Ads Specialist will start as a part-time position and should expect to be engaged on an average of 25-30 hours/week. Compensation will be discussed during the interview process. There is an opportunity for this position to roll into a full-time position at the company within a few months.
Facebook Ads experience is required for this role; however, additional training will be provided as needed. The Facebook Ads Specialist will report directly to the Founder of Harbor Marketing Agency.

Facebook Ads Specialist Job Description:
The Facebook Ads Specialist will be responsible for building and managing client Facebook and Instagram Ads Manager accounts. This position requires you to work within client budgets to achieve phenomenal results.
The responsibilities in this position include, but are not limited to...
Developing the overall funnel strategy for clients to ensure both the ad account and website are optimized for the highest conversion rate possible
Installing and managing Facebook pixels
Creating custom audiences and lookalike audiences
Building out campaign frameworks inside ad accounts
Writing ad copy that drives conversions
Optimizing and scaling campaigns
Providing reports for Account Managers, which includes ad spend, CPA, and ROAS data as well as creative direction for clients.
Work with design team to coordinate graphic design projects.
Communicate with Account Manager to ensure deadlines are met.
Work with web development team to produce Conversion Rate Optimization audits of client websites
Work with team to improve internal processes.

Facebook Ads Experience is a MUST HAVE
E-Commerce experience is a MUST HAVE
Attention to detail is essential
Experience in basic design platforms (i.e. Canva) is a plus.Experience in the subscription box industry is a plus
Experience with WordPress, Squarespace, ClickFunnels, Webflow and other web building platforms is a plus
Experience with MailChimp, Klaviyo, ActiveCampaign, and other ESPs is a plus
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or other relevant fields.
Part-time with the possibility to transition to full-time (30 - 40 hours per week)
